Training and support included

In order for you to get the most out of KAMPATOOLS, we set up and customize your installation before handing it over. Additionally, we make a detailed online documentation available to you.

Contact us at any time with questions about KAMPATOOLS. Support is included in the monthly licensing fee. Security updates are also carried out regularly in accordance with our basic Service Level Agreement.

Training

A training session for KAMPATOOLS-users is included in our offer. You get to know the responsive publishing options in the Drupal CMS, and we show you the essential functions of the online engagment platform Salsa.

Documentation

Our established online documentation supports you in your daily work with KAMPATOOLS. In addition, you can access training videos in English, as well as online Salsa documentation, forums, and the developer community on the Salsa web site.

Support

Support for all questions pertaining to service is included in your licensing fee and shall not generate any additional costs. This includes technical support for the use of KAMPATOOLS. Contextual support - such as consultation or the creation of new sites, or content from Kampaweb - is exempt from free support and shall only be carried out and accounted for in detail following the placement of an order.

Examples of technical support:

  • Problems creating or editing forms or new sites
  • Questions about sending newsletters or trigger emails
  • Support for search requests or analyses

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

In accordance with the SLA you chose, support, as well as the maintenance and monitoring of your KAMPATOOLS web site, will be carried out by Kampaweb.

All services not a part of a licensing or servicing contract are inherently subject to charge, shall only be delivered and accounted for in detail following the explicit placement of an order, and shall be invoiced at cost.
